The Leading Edge is an audio CD magazine for student activity advisors published 6 times a year, hosted by Mike Smith and his friend Norm Hull.

The Leading Edge features interviews with advisors, inspirational stories, quotes, fundraising ideas, book reviews, and the popular "I Knew It, I Blew It, and I Grew From It" segment.

Each issue also features a focus article by Lyn Fiscus, the award-winning editor of Leadership For Student Activities magazine.

Each CD is an enhanced CD, which means that besides the audio program on the disc, you can put it in your PC and find PDF documents that you can print, relating to the audio content.
